Standard Roof Racking

This is a simple, low-profile way to mount solar panels without rails or holes in the roof. The system uses SikaFlex adhesive and works with nearly any module size in portrait or landscape orientation.

It is compatible with many common roof surfaces and is sold as a per-panel kit. You will need one kit for each module, plus one additional kit to start every row. Adhesive and bonding jumpers are sold separately.

IntegraRack IR-00MBDB Roof Mount

Rail-free, low-profile solar mounting with no roof penetrations.

IntegraRack IR-T1 Tile Roof Mount

No-penetration mounting for concrete tile roofs and standard rail systems.

Tile Roof Option

The IR-T1 provides a secure way to install standard solar racking on concrete tile roofs without drilling through the roof or removing tiles. Its integrated upright works with virtually any standard rail system.

The mount bonds overlapping concrete tiles together with IntegraGel epoxy, creating a strong, non-invasive attachment point while reducing installation time and the risk of leaks or broken tiles. It works with most flat, S-style, and W-style concrete tiles, but is not recommended for Spanish clay tile.

Flat Roof Option

This rail-free system mounts nearly any size solar panel on a flat roof using standard concrete blocks for ballast. Its low-profile 5° configuration can be arranged in an East/West “W” layout to fit more panels and capture sunlight throughout the day.

With only four main components, the system installs quickly without drilling into the roof. It can also be bonded with polyurethane when concrete ballast is not practical. One kit is required per panel, plus one additional kit to begin each row

IntegraRack 5° MultiBallast

Low-profile, rail-free mounting for flat roofs with ballast or adhesive installation.

IntegraRack IR-EW15 Solar Farm Rack

Rail-free 15° East/West frame supporting two large solar panels.

Solar Farm Racking

The IR-EW15 supports two large solar panels on one rail-free aluminum frame—one facing east and one facing west at a fixed 15° angle. This configuration spreads production across more of the day and allows rows to sit closer together, fitting more solar capacity into the available land.

The lightweight frame installs without concrete footings, earth augers, or driven posts. It can be secured with compatible earth screw, ground ballast, or concrete slab mounting kits depending on the site. One frame supports two panels, plus one additional frame is required to begin each row.
